When will my order arrive at my doorstep?

Because Dwell Ink Prints are Fully Custom and Personalized, we take a little bit longer to ship compared to typical stores.

Within the US and Canada, expect your order to arrive at your doorstep within 10-14 days. International orders will get to you within 14-21 business days of purchase.

Email us at hello@dwellinkprints.com if your order takes longer than 21 business day. We will try our best to sort out the delivery for you!

How do I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. Simply visit our tracking page to get your order status!

What is your return policy?

We are very committed to our customers and we wish that every patron that comes through our store leaves happy!

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchasing, free of charge. Simply email us at hello@dwellinkprints.com with your order number and your request, we will do our best to accommodate!

Since every piece that we create is custom to order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged product be sent to our customer service team at hello@dwellinkprints.com, we will produce and send a replacement to you at no charge.

Will I receive a confirmation email after the purchase?

Yes. As soon as you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder to make sure it didn't get lost there.

How do I use a discount code?

Please enter a discount code in the discount code box located below the order details in the cart. Please make sure you enter a discount code before checking out.

Can I add more than 1 discount codes?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add more than 1 discount code.

I forgot to add a discount before checking out. Can you refund me the difference?

Unfortunately, we are not able to apply discounts to an order that has been already paid. The only option is to email us at hello@dwellinkprints.com to
cancel the order and place a new order with the discount code.

However, please note that according to our cancellation policy, the order must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Can I amend the order after I have made the purchase?

Yes, however the amendment must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

What currency is Dwell Ink Prints using?

All prices on the Dwell Ink Prints store are in USD (United States Dollars) and will show as USD at checkout. 

You may wish to change the currency at the top right corner of the website beside the cart icon.

Can I buy a digital art file?

Yes. Please check the box "digital file" in the order page before checking out.

I have cancelled my order. When will I receive a refund?

You can expect your refund to be finalized within 14 days of cancellation, but we will do our best to get the money back to you as soon as possible.

Why is my payment not successful?

The most common reason for this is due to some bank providers imposing a restriction on foreign payments. We suggest contacting your bank for more details.

What are the sizes available at Dwell Ink Prints?

All pieces are in inches. Conversions to metric are as follows:

8 x 10 (Inches) = 20.32 x 25.40 (Centimeter)
12 x 18 (Inches) = 30.48 x 45.72 (Centimeter)
16 x 20 (Inches) = 40.64 x 50.80 (Centimeter)
18 x 24 (Inches) = 45.72 x 53.34 (Centimeter)

YES! You can add one of our premium 0.75" thick wood frames with acrylic front protector! Hanging hardware is included.
